I go to drug classes 3 days a week and take random UAS 6 days a week I go to parenting classes and domestic violence classes and I have never gotten a dirty UA are missed a class since I started treatment. The custodial parent is in federal prison on gun charges and is about to be deported he sent my son to mexico to live for 15 months and has only brought him back to try and fight his deportation (this will be his third time). ..... try this on your good behaviour
may work in your favour
you must immediately go to family court to get custody returned to you. you'll have to get all your ducks in a row; certification of some sort from the drug classes, recommendation from college professor; rent agreement showing that you have a room available for your son, and confirmation that you have never had a dirty UA. maybe a paralegal can help; they are much cheaper than attorneys.
you cannot let this go on for a another day. nowadays attorneys will give you free legal advice over the phone. i know that's true because i have used attorneys in that way. i actually got 1/2 free advice from a high-end attorney a few years ago. when you call the attorney you must say something like. "is it possible to get 1/2 hour free advice please. i desperately need custodial assistance).
i wish you luck.
