Desktop can no longer connect to internet?
I brought my desktop tower to my uncle to lean out the dust and fix some things wrong with it. I just got it back yesterday, and hooked everything back up and there's no more internet connection.
Its connected to DSL.

how did you connect before, through ethernet cable or through wireless?
if through ethernet cable, then reconnecting the cable should work.
if through wireless, then you lost the connection when you unplugged the computer to take to your uncle's.
then you have to reestablish the connection by going "view available wireless networks", select your network, and enter the password.
Unplug the power cord. Open the tower. Make sure that the Ethernet card (the one you plug the internet cable into) is fully seated in its socket - you could have loosened it.
