A question came to mind, as I am myself Biracial (Black/White), and I was curious if any mixed-race people ever experienced "advantages" or "benefits" being of mixed background.
I ask not because I feel that I myself experience advantages. I only ask because as a person of mixed-race, I am honestly curious where other people of similar backgrounds feel about this aspect of their lives.

As a person who is not really connected to either side's culture, the only connection I have is with the food. A great wide variety of food :)
Yes yes, especially as you get older you'll think about it more, i didn't notice but apparently mixed race is the most hated race to the racist white people =(, teachers etc will treat you different if they're slightly racist...
ANYwho ... good sides... you can hang out with both of your races!!! (if you do get race groups at school) you're usually much healthier then full races, usually you get to know 2 languages cuz of different parents mother tongue, you get to visit more places within the world.
all together i think it's worth it
The only advantage I can see in being biracial is when you are also bilingual. Other than that I don't really see any advantage.
I really don't know I feel like everyone else I guess.
