Epi SG or Epi Les Paul?
Thinking about buying my second guitar ( I have a strat ) im just a kid so im pretty broke. So i was looking at Epis cause there Gibsons cheap brand. I was Thinking a SG ( G-310 or G-400 in white.) or a Les Paul Standard ( Plus top or B-stock ).
So which one will be better for me ( I play Rock/punk/emo or whatever they call it ).

My son has the Epi. Les Paul. It looks great and had a great sound. He plays similar music. You can't go wrong with either. Go and play them at Guitar Center if there is one by you.
I always liked the LP standard , and I thinbk Epiphone makes a great guitar for the money

If your going for sound........Les Paul
I know how you feel though about not having the money to buy what you'd like but if it helps , I make over a hundred grand a year and my dream guitar ...a Brian Setzer Gretsch Hollowbody authograph edition is around 5600 bucks......way ouuta my league
i assume it may incredibly count on the music type you like, in spite of the undeniable fact that an SG and a LP are tremendously close cousins. i admire LPs extra helpful. Do you play a exceptional sort of solos up the neck? in case you do, you may locate an SG extra gentle.
Les Paul. I think they just look cooler.
