I have severely dry scalp and facial skin as well as hair loss on my head and eyebrows. When I get out of the shower especially around my eyebrows it is very white and flaky immediately. My itching and irritation can get really bad on my scalp to where it bleeds at times. The strange this is I experienced this about 5 years ago with hair & eyebrow loss and it went away after awhile but now it's come back. Does anyone know what this could be?
