So I have very very sensitive skin. I don't know what to use as far as cleaning my face and how often. I have oily skin. Shaving is okay when I let my beard grow out a little (like two days or three). If I shave everyday though I get really really bad irritated skin. Its all red. I'm thinking about microdermabrasion but its expensive. Anyone know any good cleaners for oily skin?

If you have very sensitive skin I suggest a facial cleanser meant especially for sensitive skin. Olay and Dove sell a few. There are also soap free facial cleansers like Pears that you can try. Make sure to avoid facial cleansers containing sodium lauryl sulfate. A toner can help with oily skin. You will use the toner after cleansing your skin with the gentle cleanser. Witch hazel is very good and cheap but please make sure to get pure witch hazel. Avoid products with alcohol as they tend to strip oils from your face which promotes your body to make more oil to compinsate. Ok now I'm going to tell you one of my lil secrets since, though I'm a girl, shaving (legs) can really do a number on my skin. Theres this shaving product out there by Soft Sheen Carson called Magic Skin Conditioning Shaving Powder depilatory with vitamin E and aloe. It was designed for black men's beard to help prevent razor bumps. It works great for people of all skin tones and even a light skinned latina like me... though I use it on my legs and you'll be using it on your face. This is the site with the product info http://www.softsheen-carson.com/?p=236&category=24 Its really gentle though mixing it is annoying. Just follow the directions. If you want to shave the old fashioned way you can read this http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6886845/ I hope this helps, I know its alot to ingest but I can sympathize with oily sensitive skin.
Well, I really can't help with the shaving, but I can with the oily skin. I too have oily skin and I use the AcneFree system along with a witch hazel soap and Burt's Bees grapefruit complexion mist. These things all calm your skin down. I can tell you that it is not good to try and shave every day, the hair is too short and you can irritate and damage your skin by doing so. Get a good moisturizer as well, believe it or not. It does help oily skin.
I hope that helped a little. :)
Microdermabrasion is for acne scar removal. Even i had oily skin, i got that done and the resulats were pretty good. It didnt really bother my sensitive skin but i dont know about yours.
My doctor had prescribed me CETAPHIL for cleansing my face when i had breakouts. It has almost no soap and very good for sesitive skin sice it is harmless. You might wanna try it.
Plus i think if you have oily skin then you need to exfoliate it regulalry to prevent oil from clogging up your pores and causing breakouts, blackheads, whiteheads, etc. there are many exfoliating creams available in the market. And if you dont have any then just wet your face a bit abd rub sugar crystals (but dont be too harsh). Ypur skin will be smooth and healthy. If you follow the above instructions then you will have a much better skin in a few days and you will fell the difference.
When shaving make sure you allow the shaving cream/gel to sit on your face for a couple of minutes before shaving. After shaving use any after shave that contains no alcohol. This should help, if it doesnt there are many products available at any grocery store for help with shaving and getting bumps. Hope this helps.
That can also be interpreted a few distinct methods. I dare no longer reply till you explain. One has to do with cosmetics, the opposite has to do with erotic play. I can go at the beauty pastime. The different, good. . . . . . . . .
