Has anyone gotten into Cal or UCLA as a CC transfer student?
If so, what were your stats, i.e. GPA, Volunteer involvement (organization, duties, hours etc), and Club involvement and position. Any help would be wonderful thank you!
If you got denied it would be helpful to sees your stats also so I would know not to bother.

I have a 3.6 gpa, all my pre-reqs done, 200 plus hours of volunteering in my field of study and an expected volunteer opportunity abroad in august for 2-3 weeks, involvement in relevant clubs but no title,involvement in honors club, but I have 7 W's and I've been in Community College since 2008 :(

Admission is primarily dependent on Gpa, the major (or field of the major for L&S at Berkeley), the community college, meeting major prerequisites and lower division university ad college requirements. Showing interest in the area of the major by volunteering or working the in field of study is a consideration for some majors like COE majors. Participation in TAP for UCLA or Berkeley is another consideration. TAP is open to all at UCLA but is by invitation only at Berkeley.

Find community college at "School Reports" tab to see academic profile of students enrolled at Berkeley, UCLA and other UC's from said community college.
