Ok, school starts tomorrow, so I'm going to make my lunch tonight. I got some pita pocket things, but there are only 5 in the package, so I need a recipe that will be really super yummy no matter what. ...:D the only meat I eat is chicken, so try to stay clear of pork and beef. thanks! ( just some ideas and links )

Fill with chicken salad
Chicken strips, avadaco, ranch dressing, tomatoes, olive stices etc....
Other things to add would be drained canned corn, black beans, kidney beans, alfafa aprouts, salsa, guac, sour cream, onions, artichoke hearts, spinach leafs, lettuce and so on.
Dressings that would be good..... mayo and mustard mixed together, creamy poppsyseed dressing, raspberry vinegarette mixed with ranch, italian dressing and ranch mixed, b-b-q sauce, b-b-q and ranch mixed, mustards of choice etc...
They key to bring everything packed in seperate containers, and assemple in the pita right before you eat it.

To keep the pockets from getting soggy, you might want to take the filling separately and assemble it at school.
