If you are going to travel to Cuba you need a license from the Department of the Treasury (which it sounds like you already have)...I believe that those licenses are date-specific (you have to get a new license, or an amendment, each time you want to go).

The fact that you are an American Resident makes you AMERICAN under the law (regardless of where your Passport is from) and, therefore, subject to our laws (the Cuban embargo, for example).

I'd check with your licensing agency to see if they can amend the license to allow additional trips.

As long as the american government allows you and does not start to get ssuspicious of the frequent travels and suspends your licence, Is my understanding they were planning to start investigating some of those "religiuos licences"
