in a pipe line pe 100 (sdr 11) there is a pressure losses more than 15% .please note that temp. difference not much

Pressure loss in proportional to the square of the velocity, so as your velocity doubles, Friction quadruples.
Try to keep the velocity down by either increasing the pipe size or reducing the flow rate.
