i have a dell lattitude d10 with the linux operating system on it.. I just got it and its constantly asking for a password and wont stay online,, I have wireless internet and nothing else in the house is having any problems. Will restoring it to factory settings solve my problem? if so how do i do this? I wont this computer where it doesnt ask for an administrator password because the one that was sent with it obviously isnt working. I got this for a gift an putting out more money isnt an option so what can i do?? please help!
