With China sending more and more product to the US I am finding that they are becoming more and more negligent in their practices. I for one have purchased aquarium lighting from them and have been trying to get warranty work done since the first month. Now it's been over a year and they have stopped replying all together. I paid good money and want them to pay for their actions. How do I sue them when they are international?!

Did you buy directly from China? If so, you are basically SOL. There is no provision in China for foreigners to sue Chinese companies, nor any sort of international controls.
If you bought through a US based distributor, you can go after them
Well, generally, you sue them like any other company. Do they have a US office? Or did you buy it from China directly? If you bought it from a company in CHINA. You really have no legal recourse. It is really only worthwhile to try and sue an international company if your damages are in the thousands. If you buy from an overseas company without any consumer protection (IE Ebay and paypal) then it really is buyer beware.
The company may not even be solvent anymore. Companies rise and fall overnight here.
With your use of more and more, you sound like a Chinese person yourself. are you in China or the US?
