I recently bump a parked car in a school parking lot.?
The person was not in the car and I left him my contact number.
He got a bumper damage. Would somebody please give me a sample letter of settlement for this minor accident?

You basically have two options:
1) Work out a deal with the owner of the other car to pay for the repairs out of your own pocket.
2) Submit a claim to your insurance company to have the repairs completed.
