lol if i lost 20 lbs that would be bad, im 14, male, 5'8" at 105 lbs, already like 20-30 lbs underweight. dont try 2 limit the amount of food u eat wen ur a teenager or else ull end up rly short, thats something ive learned from the advice of adults. if ur already a decent weight, dont try 2 lose 20 lbs so u can be rly skinny, guys are not attracted 2 overly skinny girls. if u want 2 lose weight, ur better off just eating tons of healthy food. heres a diet tip that works 4 everyone: u can eat AS MUCH AS U WANT as long as ALL of it is HEALTHY and u can still end up losing weight, unless, of course, ur underweight. if u eat all healthy foods it just puts u at a healthy weight for ur age and size. ur face will prob get skinnier if u lose weight, but thats not rly a permanent thing like stunting growth
