I had been working for a Company for three months. The payment that they gave me for the first month is definitely incorrect. I had worked it out and they have payed me less than half what I should have been payed that month. The other Payslips for each month have been unclear on exactly what they have been paying me for.
I also received training that I was informed that I would have been paid for the hours I spent on the course. I never received this payment and with an email that I have recently sent them they replied "I have checked and been told that you're training is not paid as you are not eligible".
Could anyone inform me of any work related acts that I could use to find out information that they are holding about the payments that I should have received. Or any rights that I can use to gain access to The exact dates of the payments, individual breakdowns of what they have paid me for. For example training payments, and for the individual pay of each day I worked for them. We had a clocking in system and it looks like they have shaved off a lot of my hours. This is why it is had for me to work out the actual payments I should of received.
I believe they have also lost information of the shifts I have worked, which is a reason I believe they have payed me incorrectly. I am in great need of help and any information, I would be extremely grateful for.
Thanks.

You have to be paid for the hours you work. That is the law.
Training may or may not be paid training. Did you perform any duties for the employer while in training? If so, you have to be paid.
File a complaint with your state's Dept. of Labor. Wage and Hour Division or what the equivilant agency is in your state.
