Saudi Arabia has never signed a Peace Treaty with Israel, so still technically in a state of war from the wars of 1967 and 1973...which the Arabs both started and lost. That would make them enemies, but with a cease agreement in place.
i dont think saudi agree with israeils policies however they dont want to say anything against them becuse saudi know america is there biggest consumer in buying thier oil and by saying anything against israeil will cause america to market elsewhere.

because US / Israel slag off Muslims and invaded Iraq on the premise Saddam was an evil dictator
yet Saudi is an oppressive regime but they are fine with that
so it stinks of double standards
