So I have been lactose intolerant since I was a month old and I'm 17 now. When I say I'm lactose intolerant I mean like severely like ER visits. Is their anything I can take for this? Eating out is a pain and when I hangout with my friends..... any advice?

lean to cook, read labels on food, read menus carefully, ask questions at restaurants, but realize that some people will lie, and some will just be wrong, there are pills that you take every day whether or not you eat any dairy I have not tried them, but perhaps you should take them, but still avoid lactose and take the lactaid pills when you know that you are having something with lactose suggest that if you have cheese that you get the Kraft brand many of the non American type cheeses say 0 grams of lactose per serving, there is still some lactose and I still have to take a pill but it is much better for the lactose intolerant, keep some imodium around in case something gets past you
There are pills that have enzymes that break down lactose. This won't make you tolerant, but it may decrease the ill-effects of eating dairy.
Other than that, sorry. I myself can't eat dairy but restaurants are very accommodating if you just ask them.
Lactaid.
Try to find fresh raw milk from a clean, local farm. The taste is remarkable and I doubt you'll have any problems digesting it.
Jeez ...I would ask ur doctor
