Local Teenage Pornography?
So I was talking to my neighbor last night and he mentioned that another neighbors son had been caught downloading porn. The boy is 15 years old and was trying to download stuff in which the stars were a little older than him. He had stopped the download right as it started and the file had been deleted and then my neighbor had caught him. If the authorities were to get involved, what is the worst possible punishment that could happen to this kid?
Update:EDIT: From what I heard, it sounded as if they were also about 15.

If a little older means 18 then it was legal for it to be online and as long as his parents weren't approving of it then nothing wrong going on. If the parents were involved then the authorities STILL aren't likely to care as long as the porn was legal. I mean yeah technically it isn't allowed for adults to expose minors to porn, but at 15 no one really cares in general.
If it was video of children under the age of consent, then the F.B.I. could potentially get involved and try to find out where it was being downloaded from I would imagine.
