I just bought a new mp3 player from Walmart. The brand is RCA, and the model is M6204 I believe. I plug it into my computers USB port, and it charges normally.
I went through all the troubleshoots I could find, and watched the video tutorial. Something is supposed to pop up to start the setup? Nothing does though. I manually downloaded it off the website, and it says that my device isn't plugged in, but it is! x.x I tried the different USB ports as well.
I don't know what to do. Is something wrong with my computer? Or the wire? Or the player? Am I doing it wrong? Thanks for helping!
Update:Cisco~ I followed the directions on the link and it still says that I need to "Connect RCA to PC". I think I may switch to Phillips then.
