You download them from the internet. Go to www.download.com and u can get ur hotmail there, media player etc etc!!

For your e-mail you need to check your internet service provider's website (or call them up) for the settings you need to put in for your incoming and outgoing mail and fill them in accordingly in your e-mail program (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc).

For Hotmail, there's nothing to set up. Log in as usual. It's all web-based so it's not even on your computer.

All the other programs? Umm... Yeah. ;)
