My lower central incisor has...?
My lower central incisor has moved forward, while the other lower teeth have not. I used to wear braces, and I am on retainers, but I have not worn retainers in weeks. Is this a result of not wearing retainers? And how long will it take for the incisors to come back to their appropriate position if I wear retainers each night?

You should be wearing your retainer. It is possible that your wisdom teeth are causing this or the teeth are not in a stable position. Best to let the orthodontist take a look. Good luck.
