Possibly something is connected incorrectly, whether you just installed it or it happened all-of-a-sudden.

Maybe something is touching in the wrong place from moving around. It may be from pushing it too hard, or running it for too long of a period.

The settings may be set too high. Not everything has to be turned up.

Try not to use All of the gain, and use less of the frequency.

Don't use too much control from the HU-that's what the amp is for.

It could be something is out of whack internally.

I'd suggest unhooking everything, and wiring it up again to assure everything is correct. Or even simply disconnecting the wires from the battery for a brief moment. Possibly even some of the unseen wires that have been ran throughtout the car are touching metal.

Adjust the settings, and go thru your wire again like you were running them the first time to look over everything.
