I was wondering if anyone in qld can recommend or give the experiences on geting any surgeries related to after pregnacy body. My belly has floppy skin. Down there got stitch up super bad and needs fixing and after breastfeeding for two years my boobs are empty and saggy. I suffered from stretch marks soo bad too. Any advice or experiences on getting your body back. I have a disease which cause severe back pain so i am not allowed to do strenous excercise. But i still do excercise and i eat very healthyto make up for this. I lost all my baby weight and am 163cm tall and wiegh 57. So i dobt feel fat. Just floppy and damaged :-). I even was looking in to the microdermic stuff that tightens skin and lightens stretch marks. Any experience in anything like this. How the revovery was. Do i do it all at once or seperately? And how much did it set u back roughly? Thank you

Plastic surgery is usually beyond reach of middle class people and besides there has been a lot of complaint lately that women have either has awful side effects and some even lost their lives because of "fat" sculpture attempts on surgeries. The best is to keep your shape as close as possible from the previous, while you were single or childless. It usually requires a lot of self discipline, try refreshing your memory with new subjects, forget the hassles you feel you had during pregnancy. Remember your memory tends to lead you to bias in order to protect itself. Look at what you've got now, the baby cannot be neglected and while you cater for his future you need exercising, maintaining what you have achieved even when a lot of work is required. Focus on health, the environment, control consumerism, do the right things.
