i really like loose curls. loose curls never look overdone and look great as the day goes on (they fall perfectly). for makeup you should do a megan fox smokey eye and loose curls. that would look super cute:) if there's a macys by you, you could go to one of those cosmetic stands to get your makeup done. i went to clinque before and just had to buy one thing in order to get my makeup done. you could probably do your hair yourself if you want to save money. just get a 1 inch curling iron (i got mine from walgreens for under $10), and curl all over. hairspray and your done:) have fun at prom:)

I think the half up half down is always best too good, its feminine and never lets you down. Adding jems or flowers for personal touch is always good
