Rental prices in Dubai?
I will shortly be moving to Dubai. I have a AED 5,000 per month budget for my accommodation. Will I be able to find a decent small villa or apartment for this price? I don't want to live in the middle of the city but would prefer to be on the outskirts with a bit of space.

the most suitable quiet and nice area for your budget would be be Al Barsha Area near Mall of Emirates

For a villa you need at least 10K / month . 5K will get you a 1 BR apartment in many places.
