science project on mascara?
so for the science fair im doing "which mascara is the most waterproof" and my partner is making me buy all of the mascaras!! so what are so REALLY inexpensive mascaras that are water proof? they dont have to be amazingly waterproof but the label has to say it is.... also if you know, what makes them waterproof?
Update:it has to be realy cheep!!! because i have barley any money and my mom wont buy them for me

Just go to the drugstore and look for the cheapest waterproof mascaras lol, it's not that hard. The cheapest mascara I know is the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara, which is like $5.00. The average price for drugstore mascaras are like $7-$9 though. And you should make your partner buy some mascaras too.
