so self concious about my braces?
so i have metal braces on the bottom on my teeth but on the top i have caps on my teeth on my fouth from the middle. they are full caps and it is attached to a metal peice on the top of my mouth which makes me sound funny. Really im just so self concious of them on my teeth, you can see it when i talk or smile,please just help

Well, obviously there is nothing you can do about the fact that you need these things. No one is really judging you for it dear! they may notice it, but if the fact that you have braces annoys someone, to bad. thats their fault. You just gotta wait it out! soon you wont have braces anymore. A TON of people have braces all the time. I had them for 2 years! just think that when they are off you will have an even more beautiful smile (: Hope this helps! dont let it get to ya.
Well there isnt anything you can do really if im honest BUT think of it this way you may not like it now but once its all finshed with you will have really nice straight teeth.
