What is the name of the Star Trek Next Generation Episode where Captain Picard is put through 1984-like torture in room 101 and is asked to pretend that he sees 5 lights when he only sees 4?

Chain of Command. It is a 2 parter. It's on Disc 3 of the Season 6 release. It will be another couple months before Spike gets to that one. They are kicking off season 4 right now. I think that ep is also on cheap VHS on EBAY.
