yes you can,, either throw an USB cable that connect the mobile phone with your PC,
or you can throw Bluetooth if you have a Bluetooth in your phone use it, and if not buy an usb Bluetooth it's very cheap to buy.
or if your mobile have a memory card buy an usb memory card reader it also very good,, and some laptops an internal memory card reader.
