* Last year I was diagnosed with ovarian cyst and as of my annual in late January they were gone.
* Last period was January 14th.
* Not sure when I would have concieved...spotted March 6th for about 12-18hrs
* Anyways doctors have ordered a blood test earlier this week and I did a HPT. Both were negative. However I am not sure what kind of blood test was done. Qualitative or Quanitative?!
* Today had transvaginal ultrasound done. Before they would check kidneys, inside and right to ovaries. Today they did very little on the ovaries and were just kind of holding it in the middle like on uterus or bladder or something. I've read they could maybe see gestational sac. I guess I'm just wondering because I have had many test done for ovarian cyst and this one was just performed different as well as expressions by tech.
* Also when I do urinate...mostly in the morning there is lots of pressure on bladder/uterus.
*What are your thoughts? Has this happened to you or anyone you know? SERIOUS responses only please!!

Mainly at four weeks a transvaginal ultrasound can realize the gestational sac however now not yet the embryo or youngster and even the heartbeat. I just found out i am pregnant a few month ago by means of a transavginal ultrasound (after a optimistic pregnancy experiment) and the doctor showed me the gestational sac. She mentioned I was once roughly 4 weeks pregnant. It's ordinary in your interval to differ from other periods; this happens commonly. Stress might also have an effect on the size of your interval and so can vitamin. From what you are describing,it might be very early pregnancy like 1-2 weeks gestation, but not soon sufficient to exhibit something on the ultrasound. However if the tests got here up negative and you took multiple, then it often approach you are not pregnant as being pregnant checks are usally 98 percentage accurate. However you say you are in an additional nation proper now so might be these assessments aren't as accuarate? If I had been you i might make an appontment with my obgyn as soon as I get back home, but from what you might be describing it sounds unlikely you're pregnant. Also the immoderate burping and nausea, although these are signs of early pregnancy, regularly do not occur until "later" early pregnancy, like across the sixth week or so, and via then the general practitioner could be in a position to look some thing on the ultrasound and the tests would be optimistic. The intent why some females are pregnant but see nothing on the display when they get an ultrasound of their uterus is bc the being pregnant is ectopic---that means the embryo is developing outside of the uterus, both within the fallopian tubes, one of the vital ovaries, cervix, and even the stomach cavity. Ectopic pregnancies are relatively distinct and if you were having an ectopic pregnancy you might still confident with being pregnant assessments, until of direction it was say handiest 5-10 days after theory, however that is the identical for a common uterine pregnancy as well. Perhaps your signs are being induced with the aid of stress from demanding and even from being in a further environment (country) distinctive than your own. Stress can do all kinds of weird things to your body and to your period cycle too.
With blood tests it is both, urine tests are a yes/no.
Without a heartbeat, which should have been found, those are not comforting results for the transvaginal ultrasound - at least the pregnancy is in your uterus. If it is a healthy pregnancy you are <5 weeks pregnant, you would have conceived 2-3 weeks ago (sex could have occurred up to a week before conception).
The rest, the pressure on your bladder, is normal for pregnancy - the uterus sits on top of the bladder when you're not pregnant and when you are it pushes down until it lifts out of the pelvis.
It doenst matter if its a qualitative or quantitative HCG in this case. The qualitative shows if there is HCG present. The quantitative shows how much HCG is present. Either one could indicate pregnancy.
