okay so im tryna lose weight i weigh 150, im tryna reach 120
so i have to lose 30 pounds. I'm going to walk to school and back
it takes atleast 30 mins to get there. I figured maybe if i walk to school and back, it'll help me with weight loss... im drinking lots of water and eating healthy.
if i walk there and back for 1 month, will i loose weight?
and how many minutes is that a week?

First of all, you should be happy with yourself no matter your weight or size but if you really want to lose weight, you should never turn to any diets that involve cutting out any of the 4 food groups.
You already drink a lot of water and eat healthy which is good but try and cut down on calories. Set a specific maximum calorie goal and try to stick to it, for example maybe 1500 calories a day????
Exercise by jogging. Instead of using Saturated fat (butter, any animal fat), use unsaturated fat(olive oil, canola oil, nuts). Try to avoid eating add on fats like butter. Always look at the label on foods to be aware of portion sizes. Make an attempt to eat smaller proportions. At first, it will be really hard but as you start eating smaller proportions, your stomach size will adjust over a period of time. If you have a choice to choose from original or lower in fat..... always choose lower in fat. If you add sugar in coffee, or whipped cream in hot chocolate, stop adding things like that, or try to drink tea instead. Try to eat varieties of vegetables and fruits and try to consume orange or yellow vegetables like paprika.
Depending on the person, these tips may or may not help, but I hope you reach your goal. Remember, be patient as it will take some time.
