i really need help losing weight. is there any diet plans that worked for any of you out there wher you lost at least 5 pounds?
p.s i am 5 foot and 98 pounds. no deny please

Losing weight just comes down to calories. Keep track of what you are eating in a journal and eat about 250 calories less per day than what your body needs. Check http://magnetic-diet.com/calc/daily_calorie_calcul... to figure that out. Then burn about 250 calories per day in exercise check out http://www.magnetic-diet.com/calc/activitycalc.htm to figure out how to do that. The combination of the two will help you to lose one pound a week. You don't want to lose any quicker otherwise you will lose muscle and mess up your metabolism.
Without seeing a picture , I would think that at your weight and height what you want to do is add muscle which will increase your metabolism so that your body burns fat more effeciently. Join a gym and start lifting. Good luck.
I think you have a pretty much perfect weight. But then heres a schedule u might want to use for the summer (if you really want to lose weight).
8:00 TO 9:00 AM: Healthy breakfast such as yogurt fruits and salads.
9:00 TO 11:00 AM: Get dressed! Take a jog around the neighborhood! =]
11:00 TO 12:00 AM: No snacks just yet! If you want to have good bones I would suggest you stretch out of if you can take yoga classes.
12:00 TO 1:30 PM: Okay then. I hope you brought a granola bar with you! Give yourself a little treat, but remember to make sure to see how much calories there are!
1:30 TO 3:00 PM: Do some exercising! Jump rope, you know, those kiddy games. I do jump roping every day. =]
3:00 TO 4:00 PM: Lunch. =]
Now since lunch is over and half of the day is gone, you can spend the rest of the day with friends or your guy. Just remember don't sit in front of computer/video games, look at the calories on everything you eat, and most important! The snacks you eat better not be sweet! =3
I've tried both South Beach Diet and Weight Watchers. South Beach diet I lost 14 pounds in two weeks, but you have to limit a lot of food choices. Weight Watchers I've done for the past two years and have made it more of a lifestyle change, and although I only had to lose 10 pounds, it's helped me to keep that weight off without having to eliminate any foods out my diet.
Im 5ft. 4 and 102....What i do to keep my weight down is go for short runs [with my puppy] stay true to your eating habits and dont pig out maybe buy some salad in a bags for a snack!

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice

Fruits and veggies are best source for fiber
play chopsticks on the piano incessantly for 41 minutes
