So i was wondering if i do Tae-bo twice a day(starting today) and do it until friday how much weight(if any) do you think i'll lose?
im not really familar with tae- bo, but if its a good cardio work out and you eat 3 healthy meals a day you should lose between 1 and 4 lbs.i think 2 lbs would be a typical loss
