I am taking laxatives, i cut back my calorie intake to 400-500 per day, also i do 30-45 minutes if cardio. Well im starting this tomorrow. How much weight will i lose in 8 days? thanks peopleee. yes i know it's unhealthy i didnt come here to be lectured i came here for answers. <3 <3

Also i would do ballet, and lifting light weights, and yoga. I would do this for as long as it will take to loose 15-20.

Update:I would like to be that skinny because it's what i need/want to be. It's hard to describe but i would love myself. I just want somebody to answer MY question not ask me one.

Why do you need to be so skinny? I'm confused. You already know you're not overweight. Are you trying to wrestle in a certain weight class or something?
EDITED TO ADD: I would give you advice, not a lecture, if there was an answer to your question. But there just isn't. You can only lose so much weight. Your bones and your organs and your skin weigh something. It doesn't sound like you have a lot of fat, so there isn't much you can lose. Cut your hair and trim your fingernails? I really don't think you're going to be able to lose below 115 at 5'6".
Maybe you can focus instead of toning what you have or building muscle up. You can become one of those "In Shape" magazine girls. It sounds like you have a real desire to keep your body healthy and slim and fat free, which is a fine goal, but I don't think you're going to be able to do it by losing weight. I think you've done all of that that there is to do. Instead maybe you can become like that Gillian chick on Biggest Loser...very thin but mostly just a badass lean, muscled machine. :)
Hitting the gym is important for weight loss
Try yoga to lose weight
Try to know the calorie counts before ordering dishes on restaurant
proteins takes more time to digest than carbs so eating protein will make you feel full for longer
better to avoid diet when you re under a lot of stress
turn off the lights at night because more darkness at night will make your body lighter
start a compost pile in your yard
prepare lunch at your home and bring it to your work
short period exercise are more effective than long periods
