The Sheriff is untouchable because of corrupt Baton Rouge Judges, the D.A.'s office isn't investigated under formal complaints with the Office Of Disciplinary Council, the corruption is so well known that even the local news refuses to investigate the exponential number of complaints, and the attorneys are all beholden to this system of extortion and revolving door prison system.
