You should probable try something else internet related to test that its not your connection (like the Wii Shop Channel or if you have it then the Internet Channel) but its may be a problem on their end not yours.

I've been having the same problem occasionally since Christmas. Same with Mario Kart. I think the servers are just unexpectedly busy because there was probable a significant spike in how many people just got the game and some people have a little time off from work/school so their playing more. All I can recommend is to perhaps wait an hour and try again. Sometimes when I get the error I've gotten lucky even just trying again immediately.

I remember reading last year that Xbox Live actually went completely down for a little while because of the Christmas rush.

attempt the Gamefaqs call of duty international at conflict board for buddies to play with. there is a superb greater advantageous community there, and that i'm specific you will get a large form of FCs there than you're able to right here. ;)
