Xbox 360 Transfer Cable Question?
im getting a transfer cable for my 20gig to my 120gig and i was wondering if all the data from the 20gig (original) hard drive data will be lost or copied because my lil brother uses the 20gig if it deletes it what other option do i have?

Yes, it says right on the site and the directions that all of the data will be deleted from the hard drive being transferred from (so in your case the 20 gig). If you want to keep the data on the smaller one, you're going to have to copy each thing to a memory card to move it over to the other hard drive.
