If a users Q&&A's are PRIVATE && Someone adds the User as a Contact, How far back iis the new contact able to see of the Users posted Q's?? Even if you allow them to see ONLY your answers?(In Edit Profile, when you check it...)

A contact (or a fan) can see ALL your questions and ALL your answers. They get access to your complete question and answer lists, all the way back, regardless of the privacy settings in your profile. It's not possible to allow people to see only answers or only questions - they get to see both or nothing.
You can't allow fans or have contacts if you want to stay private here.
Q & A is NOT private...who told you that.
