About 2 1/2 years ago I got really depressed, so naturally I lost interest in things like schoolwork and had trouble focusing, sleeping all the time, and attending class. Although I'm not depressed anymore I still have these problems and I'm wondering if it's because depression brought out ADHD. My sister has ADHD so I know it runs in the family, and I really want to get back on track with things, should I go to the doctor to see if I can get medication?
