Go in and bring the fallen out lashes with you, tell them the situation and demand your money back. I don't suggest getting them redone because they didn't do it right the first time and it has already put your eye area in a lot of discomfort, it's not worth going through it again. If they say no, then threaten to give them bad business. It's rather simple, you can post reviews online.. you can take it to a local reporter etc. If they said no to me I would post a review of my experience on EVERY SITE you can find them on. If your eye becomes seriously damage from the glue etc, and you've seen a doctor. You can even go as far as a lawsuit.

But bad business is usually enough to scare someone into a compromise. Don't go in there angry, go in distraught. At that point if they are rude, make a scene. I'm sure there will be customers in there and be sure to let every single one know of their lack of professionalism and bad outcome. It's harsh but to the point. Too many business get away with selling bad services because those who experience it just roll over.
