A friend posted this article online http://www.dailyfitreports.com/new-special-report/ so of course, anything about weight loss will catch my attention… The article, whether it's legitimate or not, introduces a diet that consists of Garcinia Cambogia pills combined with a Premier Mango Cleanse. I haven't read anything about the cleanse part yet….. but I started reading more about the garcinia cambogia pills and I am intrigued but I don't want to fall for a stupid scam. I did read that it is important which brand you buy, that they should be natural and should list all of the ingredients. One of the websites took me to this seller on amazonhttp://www.amazon.com/Pure-Garcinia-Cambogia-Extra...
I am a college senior. I am not trying to lose a lot of weight but for many girls my age… weight is a struggle. I workout regularly and eat moderately well. I am a former gymnast/competitive cheerleader and I still tumble. There are events that are coming up that I would like to look my absolute best in… Maybe these pills can help but maybe not… Taking these pills would not mean I will quit working out by any means. I am usually one to read about diet pills (scams) but even this caught my attention.
1. I only want to hear from people who have actually taken this product.
2. Would you recommend it? If so, which product?

Ignore the spam (especially those offering "free trials") as those tend to be the biggest scams.
As far as the article you read, brand has next to nothing to do with it as long as they are at least the standard quality level (which most non-spamming companies are in order to be on the US market)... just like Dole brand fruit isn't any better or worse than any other brand of fruit in your grocery store... they're all grown from the same types of plants and are processed the same way. ;-)
As far as the Garcinia itself, it is a big fad right now so a lot of people and companies are trying to jump on the bandwagon before the popularity dies down so you'll see a lot of "articles" and sales techniques to sell them. The fact is that it does help in addition to diet and exercise, but it's not a humongous difference as it may only help increase weight loss by an extra couple pounds for every 10 pounds lost from what I've read, but your diet and exercise regimen is required to get much of any effect.
As to the Mango cleanse, that's all hype and marketing. There's a relatively new diet fad on the US market that is African Mango and it sounds like they are banking off of that fad to market regular mangos as a diet aid where none exists. Technically ALL fruit will help to cleanse because they have fiber in them, but when you put any of those fruits into a pill form, you're only getting about 1 gram of total content per pill. To give you a point of reference, it takes about 30 grams to make an ounce so you'd get more of a benefit from a slice of a mango than a handful of mango pills. I would avoid the "mango cleanse" there as it's likely to be more of an overpriced knockoff of a fad than an effective product. Good luck and I hope I helped!

RE:
Garcinia Cambogia pills or Premier Mango Cleanse?

Total scam, do to heath issues could not take the pills. My 14 days where up on Thanksgiving called the next day and the charged me 79.95. They state they can not refund the money do to FDA policy stating that it has to be within 14 days which is a crock. As I stated to them that the 14 days ended on Thanksgiving day they say they were open which how are we to know that when all other companies shut down. Do not order this product it does not work and they have very poor customer service.
Optimal Garcinia Cambogia
Scam!!! You will be charged extra for the product because you will be signed up for a subscription automatically. Then they will say they did not cancel within a 14-day period. They will charge you a cancellation fee and make you pay to ship back an open container of the product. I imagine you may actually receive some of the returned product they ship to other people. This is one big ripoff.
I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

DO not purchase either of these. The company will illegally charge your credit card for random things you did not purchase. I have been dealing with this for over 3 months. Every month, there is a new charge on my credit card which I then have to dispute. Scam scam scam.
