At 116 you don't need to lose weight - you need to tone. For thighs, squat against a wall like you're sitting in a chair. Get in this position and hold for one minute increments five times. You can also do 'air' squats by standing with your legs shoulder-width apart and squatting. When you go down in a sit position, bring your arms straight out in front of you and hold while squeezing your buns together. Repeat for 20.
Check out mgazines like Prevention and Woman's World. They almost always have articles about exercises that can help slim you down in time for summer. By the way, I don't think 116 pounds is overweight at all, I don't think you should be focused on losing weight. Instead, focus on gaining muscle tone. You can stay the same weight and replace fat with muscle. Squats should help with your thighs, also biking. I bike everywhere and my thighs are pretty nice, I think. If cellulite concerns you, that can't be helped with exercise or diet, but there are some creams available on the market these days that can help. Mary Kay will be coming out with a two step system for cellulite in the spring time. If you've got a consultant, ask her about it. If you do not have access to an elliptical machine, try walking or running more regularly. Go buy one of those stretchy-band things that Bally's makes [you can get tham at rite-aid for under 20 dollars] and do the exercises with that.
First, i would hope no1 would be so stupid to tell you to not eat! Try playing sports, i play basketball on a team and at home all the time, I lost 10 pounds in about a month, just by having fun. Get out and play any athletic game you like! Not an athletic person? Then try Yoga, something that will relive stress, and help you to lose weight. GOOD LUCK!
Honey how tall are you? You might not need to lose actual pounds. You might just need to do some thigh abduction and adduction exercises. Make sure that you are hydrated and doing things in moderation you have what 6-7 months before summer. Have a friend exercise with you and don't be hard on yourself. No one is perfect or even close.
Digestion is key. If you COMPLETELY remove all sugar from your meals and drinks, that will help a lot. Add acidopholis to your game plan and take 2 before any meal. Even my doctor has said that acidopholis is very good, because it helps you get more nutrients out of the food you do eat. Put a little groundup flaxseed in a yogurt once a day. That will help you get rid of fat. Good luck!
Start drinking lots of water, nothing but water. Juice and soda have lots of sugar and carbs that don't help ya out any. Start eating a lot more grilled chicken, and vegetables. Eat less red meat, and packaged foods. Don't eat after 6, and most importantly EXERCISE. Start running, and try staying on your feet all day and avoid sitting. Rigorous, but it all works for me. I'm 5'1'', 100 pounds, I wear a size 1, and I had a kid a couple years ago!
U are actually not fat!! Im 13 and weigh a hundred (yet im short) so dont even difficulty approximately it!! If u extremely need to then drink alot of water, exercize and dont consume very many fatty meals. U must additionally consume fiber between 3 and four daily. And consume something each and every 3 or 4 hours. sturdy luck :) AND U are actually not fat!!! Lol :) ~Jazzy
First off you should improve your metabolism. It will make the process much easier, you can do thos by drinking ALOTS of water (a very minimum of 8 cups) and doing excercise. You need to run and eat healthy low fat foods. Getting 3 servings of low-fat milk will help you loose weight and so will green tea.. good luck.

be patient and relax. dont eat too much candy nor sweet things even though they taste great.♥
