Whoever starts the game gets the win or loss.
It's stupid, but that's the way it is, even if he leaves the game in the first quarter.
The starter gets the W or the L, no matter if he only plays 1 play. Not exactly fair, but that's the way it is.
QB rating is the only one that matters which is the equivalent to baseball's ERA stat.
It's always the starter no matter what.
