Im a teen girl, trying to just lose 6 pounds and its so hard!! What can i do without going to a gym? I do enough outside stuff already but not every day. And i try to eat healthy but its hard to stick to when i have my sweet tooth or crunchy tooth. Help?
Update:Im willing to do exercise and diet? Im in motocross, but i need more to do just for 6 pounds. Just need alittle help figuring what else to do when im stuck inside my house.
