I got my last period Oct. 22-27. My periods last 5-6 days and my cycle is about 31-32 days. I would have expected my period around November 21.
I had unprotected sex the night of November 8 around like 11 pm and I took the pill about 38 hours later on Saturday around 1 pm. After I took the pill I got really sleepy and later that night I got a really bad migraine. When I get migraines, I tend to vomit. However the insert in the box said that it should be fine as long as you don't vomit within the first hour and for me it was more like ten hours. Since then I have experienced dizziness and migraines for like 3 out of the past four days. Before this I hadn't gotten like this in a while.
Also, I've been feeling sick to my stomach. It feels like could be my period but I'm not sure. Today there have been moments where I have to go to the restroom and check because it feels like it could be it.
Do you all think the pill worked and why do you think I am feeling like this?

it probably worked. i had a friend who took it a while back and she had the same symptoms and they lasted a long time. she said it was horrible.

As long as you take it in the 72 hour window it should be effective. Because of the high dose of hormones your body will "freak out" with different symptoms.You should be fine. If these symptoms continue for another 4 days I would call your Md
Did you take both pills? The plan b does not always work. My cousin wound up sick from the pill and then wound up with a baby. Best thing you can do is contact your doctor and ask them what to do at this point. They might want to check you.
I am sure it worked as long as it is taken in 48 hours it should work, I commend you for getting help fast....I hate abortion, and ANYTHING to prevent that is better....why not get the Depo shot, it lasts for 3 months is about 40 bucks you can get it at planned parenthood and most girls do really well on it....
