A healthy Vladimir Guerrero. Why? In his prime he was a 5 tool player. He hit for average, hit for power, drove in runs, stole bases, and played great defense with his cannon arm. Sure, he doesn't run like he used to, but he can still do all those things except steal bases and play the field like he once did. Pitchers are more fearful of Guerrero coming to the plate compared to Ichiro. Like they say, Guerrero can hit from his nose to his toes.
I'd have to go with Vlad, even though his knees are bad, he was never really much of a baserunning threat.(Only stole more than 20 bases in a season twice.) He's had a .300+ average and 25+ home runs for 11 straight years, only the second player in MLB history to do so, after Lou Gehrig. His career batting average is only a few points lower than Ichiro's MLB career batting average, and he has a better career OBP, so give me Vlad.
Ill take Ichiro. Anyone who took the choice of getting over 200 hits a season and nearly 200 singles a season too over the long ball must be pretty amazing. He is also an 8 time Gold Glover and has got amazing speed along with his great arm. Just one Great Player.
I don't think Vlad ever got a walk in his life, cant run, is an amazing hitter, great power, and an absolute gun in right....
Ichiro walks, can bunt, can hit .360 any year, can steal 50+ bases, no power whatsoever, Gold glove fielder in cf (and right i guess now)... stupid move by mariners (like they didn't have enough problems), and ichiro has a cannon aswell....
Vlad's probably my favorite Angel, unless Tex resigns with us, BUT Ichiro is a catalyst and pest with a rocket arm. I might have to take Ichiro for this one.
Damn you for asking such a good and difficult question!
He has great contact, amazing speed (he gets to first base faster than anyone i've seen) a cannon for an arm, great fielding skills...and the best part about it is it's all packed in to a little skinny dude....

Vladamir Guerrero would make a bigger impact that Ichiro, with all those Homeruns he hits.

Average, steals and base running > power everyday.
The only time I'd take Vlad over Ichiro is if I already had a bunch of rabbits and needed a power guy.

Ichiro, no doubt. He hits for contact, can steal, and is a hell of a Right and Center fielder.
All Vlad can do is hit homeruns.
Ichiro. I'd rather have average and steals then lower average but more power.
