School physical cross country...?
Earlier this summer I got a physical at my school and I am soon going to join cross country. I think you are suppose to bring your physical to the first practice, but I got a physical at the school but never got any papers from the doctor there. They are probably in the school's doccuments somewhere but it's gonna be early August and nobody's working there yet. So would my coach already have my physical or would I have to somehow get a copy?
Update:It was a doctor that came from another doctor's office (don't know where) not the school nurse. The physicals work for fall sports (XC)

You need a physical from your actual doctor, not the school doctor. Ask your mom to call the office and ask for a copy of the physical.
