Try dressing up as Dr. Mrs. The Monarch(aka Dr. Girlfriend) from Venture Brothers! I doubt many girls would think of dressing up as her. Her outfit is pretty stylish too.

How about Storm (from X-Men) or SuperGirl? Or one of the Incredibles or Fantastic 4? Elektra (Jennifer Garner movie)? Aquagirl, Aurora, Phoenix?

Or make-up your own superhero name, like "Lightning Girl" or "Star" and design your own costume.

you could probably try a girl version of captain america, sounds corny but i bet it'll be unique.
