Carlos Mencia is one of those comedians who is sometimes funny.

During his TV show,He laughs too much at His own material,that is annoying and comes off as fake. Many other comedians are much funnier than Mr.Mencia.

He's worse than Dane Cook, in that Mencia's just as unfunny, but he has to steal his jokes to be unfunny.

David Cross is a real comedian.
