Why are USA emergency vehicles?
Why are USA emergency vehicles, especially police cars are bombarded with lights. I think Americans are like moths, attracted to lights or get orgasmic after seeing it.

So when the lights go off people will move over & let the cop car or ambulance get to their location quicker.
